Sennheiser HD 800 S Wired Open-Back Headphones
Product Description
Sennheiser's open-back reference headphone, built around a 56mm ring-radiator driver — one of the largest transducers used in a dynamic headphone. Angled driver placement aims for a spacious, natural listening perspective rather than a point source pressed against the ear.
An absorber element in the earcup tames a treble resonance some listeners found peaky on the original HD 800, without dulling extended high-frequency detail. Ships with two detachable 3m cables (6.35mm and balanced 4.4mm).
