Refund policy

The short version

30 days from delivery to request a return — not 30 days from when you ordered.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, manuals and accessories.
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before you ship anything back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will issue an RA number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item.
Original outbound shipping is not refunded.
We strongly recommend insuring the return and keeping the tracking number. We cannot refund an item that does not arrive back to us.

Restocking fees

Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee on returned equipment. Where a restocking fee applies to your item, it is disclosed on that product's page before you buy. If no restocking fee is shown, none applies.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Please inspect your item when it arrives. If there is visible shipping damage, photograph the box and the item before unpacking further, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will handle the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be out of pocket.

Manufacturer defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Because we are an authorized dealer, your warranty is valid from day one and we will help you administer it.
