Product Description
A dedicated CD transport — reads and outputs a digital stream but has no internal DAC or analog outputs, built to pair with an outboard DAC or a DAC-equipped amplifier. Cambridge Audio's own S3 servo mechanism spins the disc at a steady, precise speed for consistent retrieval and gapless playback, in an acoustically damped metal chassis.
Coaxial S/PDIF and TOSLINK optical outputs only, with jitter under 140 picoseconds.
